摘要
通过对煤矿长距离带式输送机的典型故障打滑、断带、纵向撕裂、跑偏等故障机理进行详细介绍分析,明确各个故障类型可能的原因及特征,选择出可以作为相应故障特征提取的信号,以在工程应用中可以及时预测故障的发生,并及时采取相应的措施,减少工程故障的发生。
By introducing and analyzing the typical failure mechanism of the long-distance belt conveyor in coal mine,such as slipping,breaking,longitudinal tearing and deviation,the possible causes and characteristics of each failure type are clarified,and the signal which can be used to extract the corresponding fault characteristics is selected,so that the occurrence of the fault can be predicted in time in engineering application,and corresponding measures can be taken in time to reduce the occurrence of the fault.
