摘要
液压支架在实际煤矿生产过程中由于受施工条件、支架维护、操作水平等限制,液压支架在工作面使用期间经常出现倒架现象,大大降低了支架支护效果,而且很容易引起煤矿重大事故。对此山西宁武榆树坡煤业有限公司通过技术研究,对综采工作面支架出现倒架原因进行分析,并提出了若干项合理化预防措施。
Due to the limitation of construction conditions,support maintenance and operation level in actual coal mine production process,the hydraulic support often appears inverted frame phenomenon during the working face use.Greatly reduces the support effect,and is easy to cause the coal mine serious accident.Based on the technical research,Shanxi Ningwu Yushupo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.analyzes the reasons for the upsetting of support in fully mechanized mining face,and puts forward some reasonable preventive measures.
