摘要 为保障整车的使用寿命,从变速箱同步器的基本概念入手,从同步器性能材料的选择、离合器制动操作、变速箱清洁度、挡位转换操作等方面归纳总结变速箱同步器失效的原因和预防措施。 In order to ensure the service life of the whole vehicle,starting with the basic concept of the gearbox synchronizer,starting with the selection of the performance materials of the synchronizer,the clutch braking operation,the gearbox cleanliness,The causes and preventive measures of the gearbox synchronizer failure are summarized in this paper.
