矿用坑道远程控制钻机的设计及应用

Design and Application of Remote Control Drilling Rig for Mine Tunnel

针对煤矿深部煤层和松软突出煤层钻孔时工作环境恶劣、工人工作安全性低的问题,设计了一种集钻杆自动装卸、钻机状态监测和钻机现场影像实时传送功能于一体的矿用坑道远程控制钻机。经现场应用表明,远程控制钻机不仅可以完成常规钻机的所有功能,还可在地面进行远程控制,降低了工人的劳动强度,满足了煤矿的钻孔需要。

In view of the bad working environment and low working safety of workers in deep coal seam and soft outburst coal seam,a kind of automatic loading and unloading pipe is designed.Drilling rig condition monitoring and drilling rig field image real-time transmission function in one of the mine tunnel remote control drilling rig.The field application shows that the remote control drilling rig can not only complete all the functions of the conventional drilling rig,but also carry on the remote control on the ground,reduce the labor intensity of the workers,and meet the drilling needs of the coal mine.
