摘要
基于一次采全高短壁工作面'采内放外'采煤工艺的特点,设计了一种新型钻采法采煤机。采用传统短壁采煤机的机身和掘进机的截割臂进行组合,利用截割头从煤壁内部割煤,使外部煤壁在矿压、重力和采动的影响下自然垮落。对该采煤机的总体结构和技术参数进行了分析,并确定了其配套装备,为实现高产高效安全开采奠定基础。
Based on the characteristics of'mining internal and external'coal mining technology in all high and short wall working face at one time,a new type of drilling shearer is designed.The fuselage of the traditional short-wall shearer is combined with the cutting arm of the roadheader,and the cutting head is used to cut the coal from the inside of the coal wall,so that the external coal wall will collapse naturally under the influence of mine pressure,gravity and mining.The overall structure and technical parameters of the shearer are analyzed,and its supporting equipment is determined,which provides a basis for the realization of high yield,high efficiency and safety mining.
