摘要
以现有数控车床为研究对象,对其结构进行了改进设计,通过开展车床硬件系统的匹配优化和驱动电机的运动过程分析,掌握了驱动电机的运动规律,并将优化后的数控车床系统进行了现场应用测试。结果表明,该数控车床系统整体性能运行良好,其加工精度和运行状态均可控,可实现对零部件的较好加工效率和产品质量。优化后的数控车床不仅能大大提高零部件的加工质量和精度,更对增加制造企业的核心技术竞争力、提高企业经济效益具有重要作用。
The existing numerical control lathe as the research object,the structure of the lathe is improved,and the motion law of the drive motor is mastered by the matching optimization of the lathe hardware system and the analysis of the motion process of the drive motor.And a field application test is carried out on the optimized numerical control lathe system.The results show that the whole performance of the numerical control lathe is good,the processing precision and the running state are all controllable,and the better processing efficiency and product quality of the parts can be realized.The optimized numerical control lathe can not only greatly improve the processing quality and precision of the parts,but also increase the core technology competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprises.
