摘要
分别建立输送煤层气复合管结合面线性化Glue处理的有限元模型和考虑结合面非线性特性的有限元模型,通过模态分析证明了结合面非线性特性对复合管各阶振动固有频率有重要的影响。利用控制变量法研究了输送煤层气复合管层间结合强度和摩擦系数对频率特性的影响。
Joint surface linear and nonlinear finite element models of composite pipe for coalbed gas transportation are established,respectively.The important influence of nonlinear characteristics of joint surface on the natural frequencies of composite pipe is illustrated by modal analysis.Then,the influences of bond strength and friction coefficient on the frequency characteristics of composite pipe for coalbed gas transportation are studied by control variable method.
