摘要
针对传统的刚性联轴器存在的问题,分析一种非接触式连接的永磁涡流联轴器。主要分析其工作原理、结构技术特点及其在皮带驱动系统中的应用效果。在皮带机驱动系统中以永磁涡流联轴器替代传统的刚性联轴器,可实现带负荷瞬时启车,提高皮带机生产效率。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional rigid coupling,a non-contact permanent magnet vortex coupling is analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes its working principle,structural and technical characteristics and its application effect in belt drive system.In the belt conveyor drive system,permanent magnet vortex coupling can be used to replace the traditional rigid coupling,which can realize instantaneous starting with load and improve the production efficiency of belt conveyor.
