摘要
输出轴作为变速器扭矩输出端,是变速器扭矩传递和承载极为重要的零部件,对于提高整个变速器的性能可靠性及安全性都有至关重要的作用。基于此通过理论分析、台架试验等方式,探讨了输出轴强度的影响因素,为输出轴的质量改进提供了试验依据。
As the transmission torque output,the output shaft is an important component for transmission torque transmission and bearing.It plays an important role in improving the performance reliability and safety of the entire transmission.This paper discusses the influencing factors of output shaft strength through theoretical analysis and platform test.
