摘要 由于皮带作为皮带输送机的主要承载元件,运输量大、承载能力高、受力复杂,难免发生跑偏现象,皮带跑偏问题也一直困扰着煤矿运输单位。基于此,对利用电路开关、铰链、电磁气阀、气缸、导轮、机械连杆等常用元件制作的皮带自动纠偏装置进行了探讨分析,此装置利用导轮随皮带偏移带动机械连杆开启电路开关,从而控制电磁气阀,使气缸对皮带托辊产生调整力,使皮带自动回位,达到自动纠偏的目的。 Because belt is the main bearing element of belt conveyor,the transportation volume is large,the bearing capacity is high,the force is complex,it is inevitable to run off,and the problem of belt deviation has been perplexing the coal mine transportation unit.Based on this,the automatic belt deviation correction device made of circuit switch,hinge,solenoid valve,cylinder,guide wheel,mechanical connecting rod and other common components is discussed and analyzed.This device uses the guide wheel to drive the mechanical connecting rod to open the circuit switch with the belt offset,so as to control the solenoid valve,make the cylinder adjust the belt roller,make the belt return to position automatically,and achieve the purpose of automatic deviation correction.
