摘要
以轮式装载机液压系统过热现象为研究对象,分析其在不同工况下的压力、油温等变化情况,在此基础下,针对铲土工况下液压系统的过热现象,提出对装载机的液压系统液压油回路的改造方案。经试验后证明了该改造方案的可行性。
Taking the hydraulic system of the wheel loader as the research object and analyzing the change of the pressure and the oil temperature under different working conditions,the hydraulic system hydraulic oil circuit of the loader is modified for the overheating of the hydraulic system under the condition of the shovel soil.The feasibility of the modified scheme is obtained after the test.
