摘要
针对大同煤矿集团北辛窑煤业有限公司通风区通过技术研究而设计的一套激光感应全自动风门,分析其结构和工作原理,并介绍了该设备在运输斜井中的应用效果。激光感应全自动风门的应用降低了劳动作业强度,避免了运输事故发生,提高了矿井运输效率,保证了通风系统稳定性,最终取得了显著的经济、安全效益。
Through the technical research in the ventilation area of Beixinyao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a set of laser induction fully automatic air doors is designed,the structure and working principle of the fully automatic air doors are analyzed,and the application effect of the equipment in the transportation inclined shaft is introduced.The application of laser induction automatic air door reduces the intensity of labor operation,avoids the occurrence of transportation accidents,improves the transportation efficiency of mine,ensures the stability of ventilation system,and obtains remarkable economic and safety benefits.
