摘要
针对开采资源整合矿井因为工作面长度短、保护煤柱资源量大而导致装煤效率低、底板截割不平整、开采难度大以及资源浪费的问题,对短壁式采煤机的主机架、滑动装置、上截割部、下截割部、液压系统和喷雾系统进行改进。经现场应用表明,采煤机的改进最终使得煤炭产量提高了10%,优化效果良好。
In view of the problems of short working face length and large amount of protected coal pillar resources,resulting in low coal loading efficiency,uneven floor cutting,great difficulty in mining and waste of resources,the main frame of short wall shearer is aimed at the integration of mining resources.Sliding device,upper cutting part,lower cutting part,hydraulic system and spray system are improved.The field application shows that the improvement of shearer finally increases the coal output by 10%,and the optimization effect is good.
