无轨胶轮车冷却系统的改进与应用分析

摘要 结合无轨胶轮车的生产背景,简要分析了无轨胶轮车冷却系统排气系统阻塞、传动系统故障以及散热器过载等常见的问题,并提出改进方案。无轨胶轮车改进后,其工作能力显著提升,对于部件的损耗明显减少,为企业带来了可观的利润。 This paper introduces the production background of trackless rubber wheel car,briefly analyzes the common problems such as exhaust system blockage,transmission system fault and radiator overload in the cooling system of trackless rubber wheel car,and puts forward some improvement schemes.After the improvement of trackless rubber wheel vehicle,the practice has proved that the working ability of the vehicle has been significantly improved,the loss of components has been obviously reduced,and considerable profits have been brought to the enterprise.
