This paper introduces the production background of trackless rubber wheel car,briefly analyzes the common problems such as exhaust system blockage,transmission system fault and radiator overload in the cooling system of trackless rubber wheel car,and puts forward some improvement schemes.After the improvement of trackless rubber wheel vehicle,the practice has proved that the working ability of the vehicle has been significantly improved,the loss of components has been obviously reduced,and considerable profits have been brought to the enterprise.
