关于矿用提升机电控系统的优化改进研究 被引量:4

摘要 结合电控系统的结构组成,通过分析现有电控系统存在问题,开展了提升机电控系统的优化改进研究,并对改进后电控系统进行了现场应用。结果表明,新型电控系统具有更高的可靠性和稳定性,能明显减小作业人员的劳动强度。电控系统的优化升级,对提高矿用提升机的运行效率和作业安全具有重要意义,进一步开展电控系统的优化研究,将成为后期研究的重点。 Combined with the structure composition of the electronic control system,through analyzing the existing problems of the existing electronic control system,the optimization and improvement study of the lifting electromechanical control system is carried out,and the improved electronic control system is applied on site.The results show that the new electronic control system has higher reliability and stability,which can significantly reduce the labor intensity of operators.The optimization and upgrading of the electric control system is of great significance for improving the operation efficiency and operation safety of the mine hoist.It can carry out the optimization research on the electronic control system and become the focus of the later research.
