摘要
针对SGZ764和SGZ800刮板输送机设计了一款变频电动机,详细介绍了该电动机的控制系统的原理及主要技术参数。将所设计的电机应用于实际生产中,不仅有效降低了刮板输送机的断链事故发生次数,还能够实现对刮板输送机实时监测,并及时控制电机的输出功率,起到节能的效果。
A variable frequency motor is designed for SGZ764 and SGZ800 scraper conveyor,and the principle and main technical parameters of the control system of the motor are introduced in detail.The application of the designed motor to the actual production can not only effectively reduce the broken chain accident of the scraper conveyor,but also realize the real-time monitoring of the scraper conveyor,and control the output power of the motor in time,so as to save energy.
