摘要 为实现掘进截割的自动化、智能化以及信息化控制,在分析断面成形关键技术及关键工艺的基础上,提出了断面成形自动截割控制策略,并对其关键零部件(液压油缸、传感器以及电液比例阀方向阀)进行选型,将所设计的自动截割控制系统应用于实际生产中取得了不错了效果。 In order to realize the automation,intelligence and information control of heading cutting,on the basis of analyzing the key technology and key technology of section forming,this paper puts forward the automatic cutting control strategy of section forming,and puts forward the control strategy of automatic cutting of section forming,and puts forward the control strategy of automatic cutting of section forming,and puts forward the control strategy of automatic cutting of section forming on the basis of analyzing the key technology and key technology of section forming.Sensor and electro-hydraulic proportional valve directional valve)selection.Finally,the designed automatic cutting control system is applied to the actual production,and good results are obtained.
