摘要
为实现掘进截割的自动化、智能化以及信息化控制,在分析断面成形关键技术及关键工艺的基础上,提出了断面成形自动截割控制策略,并对其关键零部件(液压油缸、传感器以及电液比例阀方向阀)进行选型,将所设计的自动截割控制系统应用于实际生产中取得了不错了效果。
