摘要
提出了一种智能节能的带式输送机控制系统,将控制传动电机从传统的有刷电机替换为永磁同步电机,使系统可以按照需要实现恒转速控制与恒扭矩控制两种模式切换,配合光电传感器实现多组输送机串联、转向等功能。
A kind of intelligent energy-saving belt conveyor control system is put forward.The control transmission motor is replaced by the traditional brush motor as the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The system can realize the two modes of constant speed control and constant torque control.And the combined photoelectric sensor is used for realizing the functions of series,steering and the like of a plurality of groups of conveyors.
