摘要
当前煤矿开采作业施工是通过采用拟斜面的柔性支撑、高密度支撑等工艺方法实现小倾角(35°~45°)煤层的开采,但对于更大倾角(45°~60°)急斜煤层仍有较大的技术难度和开采风险,基于此,介绍一种综合机械化采掘技术。该技术为采取自顶向下采煤、自底向顶运煤等方式进行采掘,能够结合设备、工艺、技术、管理、人员等多方面保障安全高效生产。采掘现场说明该采掘方式具有安全性高、采煤效率高等特点。
The mining operation of the current coal mine is to realize the mining of the coal seam with small inclination angle(35°~45°)by adopting the flexible support,high-density support,etc.,but it still has great technical difficulty and mining risk for the steep coal seam with greater inclination angle(45°~60°).Baesd on this,a kind of fully mechanized mining technology is introduced.The mining face and working face of such improved equipment shall be excavated by top-down coal mining,from bottom to top,etc.,and the safety and high-efficiency production shall be guaranteed in combination with various aspects such as equipment,technology,technology,management,personnel and so on.The mining site shows that the method has the characteristics of high safety,high coal mining efficiency and the like.
