摘要
针对MG300/700-AWD型采煤机在实际开采期间存在的摇臂、电动机法兰盘螺栓松动、液压螺母、连接螺栓松动、螺母防松件失效、液压系统故障及滑靴支腿过载的问题,对其进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的技术改造措施:在摇臂以及截割电动机上增设法兰盘,以提高螺栓的紧固程度;在采煤机的电控部与牵引部的接合面及行走箱和牵引部的接合面处增设无形法兰,以防止螺栓松动;增设高压球阀以及压力表,以确保液压系统的工作压力正常;在滑靴支腿上设置加固板,以提高滑靴的强度。
In view of the problems of rocker arm,flange plate bolt loosening,hydraulic nut,connection bolt loosening,nut anti-loosening failure,hydraulic system failure and slipper leg overload of MG300/700-AWD shearer during actual mining,the causes are analyzed,and the corresponding technical transformation measures are put forward,and flanges are added to rocker arm and cutting motor in order to improve the fastening degree of bolts.In order to ensure the normal working pressure of the hydraulic system,the invisible flange is designed on the joint surface of the electric control part and the traction part of the shearer and the joint surface of the walking box and the traction part to prevent the bolt from loosening,and the fastening plate is set on the slipper leg to improve the strength of the slipper.
