摘要 为了减少工作面搬家时间,在对综采工作面液压支架回撤与安装情况分析的基础上,结合实际情况,对支架回撤、安装流程进行分析,提出了大型液压支架的快速回撤和安装方法。应用这种方法的回撤与安装方式有效保证了支架回撤安装的高效性与安全性,缩短了工作面搬家工期,降低了成本,提高了生产效益。 In order to reduce the moving time of working face,based on the analysis of the withdrawal and installation of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face,combined with the actual situation,through the analysis of support withdrawal and installation flow,the rapid withdrawal and installation methods of large hydraulic support are put forward.This method effectively ensures the efficiency and safety of support withdrawal and installation,shortens the moving period of working face,reduces the cost and improves the production benefit.
