摘要
为了整体把握液态肥产业的专利布局,提高其技术掌控能力。本文通过专利分析,用定量和定性的方法从技术生命周期、专利类型、专利技术构成、专利申请人等方面进行液态肥产业专利计量分析,研究其技术研发趋势、技术侧重点和专利竞争格局。分析结果表明:我国液态肥产业正处于发展期,区域发展不平衡,呈明显的梯度化趋势;技术创新主要集中于小类C05G、C05F和A01C;高校及科研院所比较侧重于基础研究。重视液态肥产业的合理布局,加强产学研相结合,建立生产、销售、服务一体化体系,是推进液态肥产业的现代化进程因素。
In order to understand the patent layout of the liquid fertilizer industry and improve the technical control ability,this paper quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes the liquid fertilizer technology patent from the aspects of the technology life cycle,patent type,patent technology composition,patent applicant to study the development trend,technical focus and patent competition pattern.The results show that the liquid fertilizer industry in China is in its development period;regional development is uneven and presents obvious gradient tendency;the technological innovation is mainly concentrated in the subclass C05G,C05F and A01C;the universities and research institutes focus more on basic research.So taking the patent layout seriously,strengthening the combination of the production,study and research,and establishing the integration system of the production,sales and service,are important factors for promoting the modernization process of the liquid fertilizer industry.
