摘要
结合我国近年来节水灌溉发展实际情况,讨论分析了节水灌溉概念、资源节水、灌溉节水、综合节水效益等节水灌溉发展中需要理清的问题;针对未来农村变革以及农业现代化发展对灌溉的要求,研究探讨了灌溉现代化的内涵、建设标准。为了有效促进灌溉现代化发展,研究提出了"四轮"驱动策略。
Based on the development of water-saving irrigation in our country in recent years,some of the problems,including watersaving concept,irrigation water saving,water resources saving,comprehensive benefits of water saving irrigation,ect.,are analyzed.According to the need on irrigation of rural reform and agricultural modernization in the future,the connotation of irrigation modernization,construction standards are discussed.The'four wheels'driving strategy was put forward to effectively promote the development of irrigation modernization.
