摘要
水头可调薄壁堰式渠道流量智能测控系统基于矩形薄壁堰测流原理,通过调节堰上水头进行渠道流量量测与调控。该测控系统应用自动控制技术通过单片机形成闭环反馈,用步进电机传动装置带动薄壁堰移动闸板的升降,使其能按设定的配水流量给下一级渠道配水,并根据上游水位的变化调节堰上水头使其保持恒定,同时通过智能控制在完成设定输配水量后可自动升起闸板停止供水。该测控系统通过渠道流量量测与控制试验,验证了其精确的测流功能和智能控制技术的可行性,满足精准灌溉的技术要求,在灌区量水和信息化建设中具有广阔的应用和推广前景。
Intelligent measure and control system in the form of thin-wall weir with adjustable water-head for channel flow is based on the measure principle of rectangular thin-wall weir.It measures and controls the channel flow by adjusting water-head above the weir.This system,using automatic control technology to form a closed loop feedback through the MCU,drives thin-wall weir gate up and down by a stepper motor lifting gear,which enable it to distribute water to the next channel with the set flow and keep water?head constant according to the changing upstream water level.Through intelligent measure and control,the system lifts gate automatically to stop water-supply after the completion of the water distribution.The channel flow measure and control test verifies this system's accurate flow measure functions and the feasibility of intelligent control technology,which can meet the requirements of precision irrigation technology and has broad application and promotion prospect in flow measure and information system construction in irrigation area.
