微灌鱼雷网式过滤器的推广应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 过滤器类型和性能是影响微灌工程工作效率的关键因素。鱼雷网式过滤器作为微灌用新型除沙设备,在延长过滤时间和提高除沙效率等方面具有很大优势。鱼雷网式过滤器在新疆灌区的推广应用结果表明,根据水源类型和水质情况,鱼雷网式过滤器在实际应用过程中与砂石过滤器或离心过滤器配套串联组合使用更能充分发挥其除沙功能,相应延长过滤时间并避免频繁冲洗浪费水资源的现象;在某些条件下,单独使用鱼雷网式过滤器也可满足微灌系统对灌溉水质的要求。结论为我区微灌事业顺利发展,开展过滤器推广应用研究提供参考。 The type and performance of filter affects the working efficiency of micro irrigation engineering. Torpedo screen filter has great advantages in prolonging filtration time and improving sediment removal efficiency. The application results of torpedo screen filter in Xinjiang irrigation area show that: according to the water type and water quality,the combination of torpedo screen filter with sand filter or centrifugal filter can give full play to its sand removal function,prolong filtration time and avoid frequent waste of water resources. Under some conditions,using torpedo screen filter alone can also meet the requirement of irrigation water quality. The research conclusion provides a reference for the development of micro-irrigation and the application of filter.
