摘要
利用Fenton工艺处理某含氮化工废水,并利用H_2O_2强氧化处理相同废水进行对比。实验结果表明:常温下,投加相同比例的H_2O_2(2%),在pH值=3.5,Fenton反应较H_2O_2强氧化降解有机物去除率要高,但针对脱氮而言,Fenton反应出水NH_4^+-N浓度明显高于后者;随反应时间的增加,COD去除率明显提升,COD最高去除率可达到53.5%,在反应时间为2.5 h时基本稳定,但反应过程中NH_4^+-N和TN浓度稳定,几乎无去除率;反应过程中存在生成新复杂含氮有机物的可能性,对后续利用生化脱氮不利。
Fenton process is operated on chemical wastewater containing nitrogen,comparing with the treatment of the same wastewater by strong oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. The result shows that: comparing with adding the same ratio of hydrogen peroxide(2%) under the condition of p H = 3.5, the removal rate of COD by fenton reaction is higher than the the latter at normal temperature. But for denitrification,the concentration of NH_4^+-N in effluent by fenton reaction is significantly higher than the latter.The removal rate of COD is increased as reaction time prolongs. The highest removal rate of COD is up to53.5% at the reation time of 2.5 h.During the process, the concentration of NH_4^+-N and TN is stable,the removal rate of which is almost zero. New complex nitrogenous compounds, which is harmful to further processing of bio-denitrification may be formed in the process.
