摘要
应用在线视觉检测鉴别预浸料的表面缺陷是一项全新的质量控制方法。为精确检测预浸料宽度变化,需将预浸料边缘信息从图像空间变换到参数空间。为解决传统标准Hough变换运算量大的问题,根据"多对一"映射原理,结合预浸料图像特征,提出一种基于"局部-整体"思想的预浸料边缘直线快速检测方法。该算法通过局部区域粗略拟合、误差补偿、噪声筛选,再全局精确拟合等步骤,在保证检测精度的同时,大大提高了检测效率。在具有高斯噪声和脉冲噪声干扰的情况下,该算法的检测精度与Hough变换相当,而运算速度可以提高10倍左右。
Using real-time visual inspection to identify the prepreg surface defects is a new quality control method.In order to detect the width changing of prepreg accurately,the prepreg edge needs to be transformed from image space into parameter space.To solve the problem that the traditional Hough transform has large amount of computation,according to'many-to-one'mapping principle,this paper combined with prepreg image features,proposed a prepreg edge line detection method based on linear fitting.Through rough fitting,error compensation,noise filtering and precise fitting,this algorithm can ensure the inspection accuracy and greatly improve the detection efficiency.In the case of adding Gaussian noise and impulse noise,the accuracy of this algorithm is almost the same with Hough transform and the operation speed can be increased about tenfold.
