From Extrinsic Motivation to Intrinsic Motivation

心理教育为中小学生减负服务,须培养学生内在学习动机等积极学习心理品质,提高学习效率,达到减负的要求。运用积极教育方式有利于培养、强化学生内在学习动机。运用积极教育须确立积极的学生观,引导学生确立成就目标,做最好的自己,并采用积极语言HAPPY模式进行教育。

Psychological education,via cultivating positive mental character like intrinsic motivation,helps students to increase their learning efficiency and achieve the aim of alleviating their burden. Positive educational methods contribute to fostering and strengthening students' intrinsic motivation. During the process of positive education,it is necessary for teachers to establish a correct outlook on students,guide them to set up proper achievement goals,stimulate their potential and apply HAPPY mode of positive words.
