家庭教育立法是时代发展的必然要求。但对为什么要立法、立法的指导思想和基本原则是什么,以及对有关问题如家庭教育法名称及其概念的界定、究竟是否应对家庭教育进行立法干预、家庭教育法如何执法、家庭教育法与其他相关法律法规的关系、对家庭教育法的期望值等作进一步的探讨,是重要且必要的。

Legislation of family education is the inevitable requirement of the era development. It is important and necessary to do further discussion on the reason for legislation,its guiding ideology,the basic principles and some other issues such as how to name and define the family education law,whether to make legislative intervention on family education,how to enforce the law,how to deal with its relation to other relevant laws and what effect the law can have as well.
