当今义务教育阶段择生问题研究

摘要 均衡与公平是义务教育的应有之义。但在当前义务教育实践中,由于社会经济、教育自身发展不平衡等原因,出现了诸多择生异象,破坏了教育公平,引发了公众的不满。通过舆论挖掘、文献研究等方法梳理了当前择生异象的具体表现,因"分"、因"钱"、因"权"以及因"证"择生。从教育观念、评价手段、教育资源配置以及文化基础四个方面剖析了择生异化的原因,并从教学观念、教学评价、校际均衡、招生程序四个方面提出了几点建议。 Compulsory education means balance and fairness. However,in the current practice of compulsory education,due to the unbalanced development of the social economy and education itself,some students choose to study in non-designated schools,which destroyed the education fairness and aroused the public discontent. Through investigating the public opinion and researching on the relevant literature,it is found that the students choosing to study in non-designated schools can be classified into four categories due to the so-called'scores','money','power'and'certificates'. This article,from the education idea,evaluation methods,education resource allocation,and basic cultural knowledge,analyzes the reasons for the appearance of this phenomenon and proposes some suggestions from the following four aspects: teaching idea,teaching evaluation,the balance between schools,enrollment procedures.
