论现代化视域下的大学生公民意识教育

College Students' Citizenship Education from the Perspective of Modernization

高等院校承载着为国家现代化建设输送高素质人才的现实使命,也肩负着对大学生进行现代公民意识教育的重要责任。当前,我国现代化进程的价值诉求、存续状况和运转方式对大学生公民意识教育的理念、内容和形式提出了更多、更高的要求。然而,当前大学生公民意识教育呈现出诸多不足,难以有效回应现代化的诸多诉求。为此,高等院校应该根据我国现代化进程的特点与诉求,从教育理念、教育内容、教育方式和教育环境等方面进行反思与改革,以构建有效的公民意识教育体系来提升大学生的公民意识,实现大学生公民意识教育与社会环境之间的契合与互动。

Higher institutions undertake the realistic mission of cultivating talents with high quality for the country's modernization construction,and also shoulder the responsibility of citizenship education for college students. At present,the value appeal,survival condition and operation mode of China's modernization make more and higher requirements for the idea,content and form of citizenship education. However,there exist many problems in the current college students' citizenship education,and it is difficult to effectively respond to the demands of modernization. Therefore,higher institutions,according to the characteristics and request of modernization of our country,should reflect on and reform the education system from the aspects of education idea,education content,education mode and education environment,in order to construct an effective citizenship education system to enhance the citizen consciousness of college students and to achieve interaction between the college citizenship education and social environment.
