Scholarship of Teaching and Learning: A New Challenge for Normal University Teachers' Professional Development

摘要 博耶提出"教学学术"概念,从知识流动和智慧转换的层面赋予教学无穷的魅力,提升了高校教学的专业化地位,对于规避高校重科研成果、轻教学质量的评价弊端具有现实意义。教学学术的建构,不仅是传授知识的过程,更是知识交流提炼、升华与抽象的过程。国外教师职业、教师教育的发展趋势以及我国师范生培养的现状,决定了高师院校教师专业发展的当务之急,是要努力提高"教学学术"水平。主要途径及策略是追求"学术性"与"师范性"的有机统一。"学术性"与"师范性"协调发展、共同提升,既是教师教育者的安身立命之所,更是教师教育的重要旨归。 The concept of' scholarship of teaching and learning'gives teaching the infinite charm from the aspect of knowledge flow and wisdom transfer and enhances the professional status of university teaching,which has a realistic significance for overcoming the shortcomings of university evaluation mechanism—attaching importance to scientific research achievements and making light of teaching quality. The construction of'scholarship of teaching and learning'is a process of refining,improving and abstracting knowledge exchange,as well as a process of imparting knowledge. The development trend of teacher education at abroad and the current situation of teacher training in China determine that the priority of normal university teachers' professional development is to improve the'scholarship of teaching and learning'. The main approach is to pursue the unity of academics and educability,which is not only the duty of educators,but also the significant orientation of teacher education.
