教师工作量政策研究的元分析

Meta-analysis of Faculty Workload Policy

通过元分析方法,从发表时间、研究者来源、研究热点、研究视角四个维度对已有的教师工作量政策研究论文进行分类、编码和比较分析,发现教师工作量政策研究逐步深入,系统设计、计算方法等成为重点方向。教师工作量政策研究应该转向"向下看""向内看""向外看""向她看"四种新视角。

This paper,through conducting a meta-analysis of the research on university teachers' workload policy,classifies and codes the existing research papers from the four aspects,namely the time of publication,the researcher's working place,research topics and research perspective and makes a comparative analysis of them. It is found that the research on teachers' workload presents an increasing in-depth tendency,and systematic design and computational methods have become a research focus. In addition,the four new perspectives in future research are proposed.
