摘要 参考戈尔曼的情绪智力结构理论,以及成年人情商测验问卷及青少年自我意识量表的部分题目,编制出由56个题目组成的小学生情绪智力问卷(初测版);根据对南京市两所小学3 6年级411名学生的初测结果,通过对题目进行项目分析和因子分析,筛选出了区分度较好的40个题目,最后形成了包含5个分测验的《小学生情绪智力问卷(试验版)》。试测统计结果表明:(1)自我激励、情绪管理、了解自我与自信、情绪识别和人际关系等5个分测验的绝大多数题目具有较好的区分度;(2)各项分测验具有较好的同质信度;(3)各分测验具有较好的效标效度,小学生分测验得分与语文成绩、数学成绩、班干部角色、父母教养方式有显著关系。 On the basis of Gorman's theory of emotional intelligence,the EQ(emotional quotient) test for adults and part of teenagers' self-consciousness scale,a test on primary school students' emotional intelligence with 56 items was formulated.According to the testing results of 411 students from Grade 3 to Grade 6,40 items with good differentiation were chosen after doing an analysis of items and factors,and the EQ Test for Primary School Students(Pilot) containing five subtests was finally completed.The results of the trial test show that:(1) the overwhelming majority of items concerning self-motivation,emotion management,self-understanding and self-confidence,emotion recognition and interpersonal relationship are of better differentiation;(2) all the subtests have good homogeneity reliability;(3) each subtest has good factor and criterion validity,and there exists a remarkable relationship between primary school students' subtest scores and their Chinese language achievement,mathematics achievement,the role of class cadre and parental rearing patterns.
