Path of Entrepreneur's Resource Orchestration in Co-working Space:Based on Resource Orchestration Theory

选择优客工场为案例研究对象,基于资源编排理论视角演绎了创业者在共享办公空间内的资源编排路径。研究发现,共享办公空间为创业者提供的资源和服务较为丰富,创业者应更加注重资源的编排,通过能力构建可以将资源价值组合转变为企业竞争能力。

This paper chooses UCOMMUNE as the case to study,and deduces the resource orchestration path of entrepreneurs in co-working space from the perspective of resource orchestration theory.It finds that the co-working space provides abundant resources and services for entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurs should pay more attention to the arrangement of resources,and transform the combination of resource value into the competitiveness of enterprises through capacity-building.
