摘要 为满足不同抽象层次设计理性模型重构的多样性量化需求,在设计理性建模的基础上研究了设计理性知识粒度评价方法。通过辨析知识体特性分析影响设计理性模型粒度的组成因素,建立了粒度度量方法,实现了统一的评价体系,为不同粒度设计理性模型的转换、比较和优化提供了客观、量化的依据和目标。以压弯模具部分设计过程为例,验证了设计理性知识粒度评价方法对模型重构度量及指导的可行性与有效性。 To satisfy the requirements of enhancing Design Rational(DR)quantify in different abstraction level,the granularity evaluation methods of DR knowledge were researched based on DR modeling.The main characteristic of knowledge body was discriminated and structure composition factors that affected the knowledge granularity were analyzed.The granularity measurement method was established to achieve a uniform evaluation system and it could provide an objective and quantitative basis and objectives for the conversion,comparison and optimization of different granularity design rationale model.Partial design process of the bending die was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed methods on the measurement and guidance for model reconstruction.
