摘要 为了解决木薯收获机挖掘铲结构优化设计方案选型问题,提出一种基于层次分析法的木薯挖掘铲多目标灰色关联决策方法。根据结构优化设计方案多层次、多指标的特点,建立了木薯挖掘铲设计方案优选决策目标体系。以静力学性能、抗振性、轻量化性能为目标函数构造木薯挖掘铲设计方案优选决策的数学模型,采用灰色关联分析法和层次分析法进行模型求解。将所提出的多目标灰色关联决策方法用于一种挖拔式木薯收获机挖掘铲设计方案选型,获得了综合性能最优的仿生型木薯挖掘铲结构,并为其后续的结构优化设计指明了目标函数。研究表明,所提出的基于层次分析法的木薯挖掘铲多目标灰色关联决策方法具有较高的工程实用性。 To solve the structural design schemes selection problem of cassava harvester's digging shovel,a multi-objective grey relational decision-making method was proposed based on analytic hierarchy process.According to the multi-level,multi-index characteristics of design scheme,a decision-making objective system was built.Taking the static mechanical properties,vibration resistance and lightweight performance as the objective functions,the decision-making model of cassava digging shovel was established,and the decision-making model was solved by grey relational analysis method and analytic hierarchy process.The multi-objective grey relational decision-making method was used to select digging shovel of a digging-pulling style cassava harvester,the optimal bionic-type digging shovel was obtained,and the objective function of this digging shovel's structural optimization design was pointed out.The research result showed that the multi-objective grey relational decision-making method of cassava digging shovel based on analytic hierarchy had high practicability.
