摘要
为了提高双主轴蓝宝石开方机的同步性能,设计了一套新的张力和同步控制方法。分析了蓝宝石开方机同步控制系统张力产生的原理,并对张力摆杆机构、走线系统和排线系统进行了张力优化设计。为了减小排线换向对机械和电机的冲击,设计了一种柔性控制换向方法。为了实现多轴精准同步,研究了蓝宝石开方机多轴同步速度耦合关系,并对多轴同步系统运动进行分析,采用虚拟主轴的方法进行多轴同步控制。为避免两个主轴控制震荡,设计了主从辊同步力矩控制方法,使力矩输出高度同步。设计了基于实时以太网的张力控制系统硬件平台,并基于模块化设计原则设计了软件结构。最后在DX4040型蓝宝石开方机上验证了所提双主轴同步控制系统的可行性。
To improve the synchronization of sapphire multi-wire saw,a new tension and synchronization control method was designed.Based on analyzing the tension principle of sapphire multi-wire saw synchronization control system,the tension dancer design,wire passing design and wire traverse design were optimized.To reduce the shock of emergency traverse direction switch,a flexible direction switch method was proposed.To realize multi-axis synchronization,the virtual main axis was used based on analysis of axis coupling relation and synchronization movement.To avoid the shake of two mail rollers,a master slave roller control method was designed which could make two motors get accurate torque synchronization.The hardware platform and software structure of control system based on Ethercat was designed and realized,and the whole control system was proven by DX4040 sapphire multi-wire saw.
