摘要
针对包含不可靠机器双返工结构串行生产线的性能分析,提出了基于两种换线策略的生产线阻塞改善方案,并列举了经典提升瓶颈工位机器性能的方法。基于对企业经济效益的核算,尝试在成本最低的条件下提升生产系统整体产能。为定量分析该生产系统的性能,构建了基于马氏过程的决策模型,应用重叠式分解迭代法和聚合算法,确认了瓶颈工位的位置,并求得系统的产出率。通过比较多种参数配置下该类型生产系统的性能,分析应用两种换线策略与传统单纯依靠提升瓶颈工位性能的优劣性,同时发现并给出了降低系统中出现死锁现象的参数设置。基于仿真模型的运行结果进一步验证了所提方案的有效性,为该类型生产系统的性能提升提供了考虑成本因素的决策支持。
Aiming at the performance analysis of a serial Bernoulli production line model with double-rework line,a line-changing policy was proposed to improve the overall system production efficiency while keeping a minimum total cost.Meanwhile,the bottleneck workstation was identified with the overlapping decomposition method within the aggregation framework.The validity of the algorithm was verified by simulations.To compare the line-changing policy with the bottleneck improvement approach,an economic analysis was performed with multiple controllable variables,which shed lights on the efficient management of factory floor.In addition,a byproduct was obtained with respect to the production system deadlock phenomenon,which was heavily dependent on the parameter tuning of the production system.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these two strategies,some scientific decision-making for factory were provided.Deadlock production phenomenon and the parameters to impact deadlock rate were also found.
