摘要 针对市场上农产品信息不对称、信任缺失等问题,设计了一个以实现农产品种植加工全程信息溯源和质量保证的第三方溯源保真系统。该系统采用了一种新的溯源模式——独立于农产品生产者和消费者的第三方溯源保真平台,构建了农村合作社、企业、消费者与第三方多重博弈,从体制上解决当前国内绝大多数溯源系统"自我溯源"、缺乏公信力等缺陷。该系统应用物联网技术对农产品生产过程进行视频监控和质量检测,应用二维码技术实现农产品的唯一标识和信息记录,为消费者提供农产品种植加工信息。 The design of third party traceability and fidelity system for agricultural products is an effective way to solve information asymmetry and lack of trust in agricultural markets. The system adopted a new model which separated from producers and consumers and constructed the balance among rural cooperatives, enterprises, consumers and the third party. It resolved the problems existing in most traceability systems, like self-traceability, lack of public trust. The system applied video monitoring and quality inspection in the process of producing, and used the two-dimensional code technology to realize the unique identification and information recording of agricultural products, so as to supply consumers with the planting and processing information of agricultural products.
