摘要
目前,我国渔业进入了一个新的发展时期,建立渔业专家数据库对于渔业发展有着重要的意义。本文结合国内现有数据库现状,阐述了建立渔业专家数据库的意义、如何构建渔业专家数据库及渔业专家数据库构建及管理中应注意的一些问题。
At present, China's fishery has entered a new development period. Establishing fishery expert database is of great significance for the development of fishery. In this paper, based on the status of domestic databases, the significance of establishing fishery expert database, how to build the fishery expert database and some issues in the construction and management of fishery expert database, were discussed.
