电子商务专业人才的社会需求分析

The Social Demand Analysis on E-commerce Professional Talents

近年来电子商务人才需求快速增长,而相关毕业生就业率却连年下降,企业需求与高校培养之间的偏差亟待解决。本文通过问卷调查,收集分析了相关企业对电子商务专业人才的需求特征,对比山西大学商务学院在电子商务人才培养中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决建议。

In recent years, the demand of electronic commerce talents growth rapidly, while the employment rate of related graduates has been declining. Deviation between enterprise demand and college education need to be addressed. This paper collected and analyzed the enterprise demand characteristics about electronic commerce graduates through questionnaire survey,compared our deviation existing in the cultivation of electronic commerce talents in our college, and put forward the corresponding solution suggestions.
