摘要
本文阐述了学生阅览室管理者要加强自身思想和业务素质培养,在服务和管理阅览室过程中要体现人性化关怀,为学生提供更多更有效的服务,真正以学生读者为本,全心全意为学生服务,充分体现人性化服务和管理。
This paper described that the manager of students'reading room should strengthen to cultivate their own ideological and professional quality, embodying the humanized care in servicing and managing the reading room, so as to provide more effective service with students oriented and strengthen the humanized service and management.
