Research on Library's Reader Service Model in the Context of RFID——the Case of Hebei United University Library

引入RFID读者服务模式提升了图书馆的服务能力,服务模式也逐渐形成特色,在实际应用中取得了很多显著的实施效果。RFID技术的使用同时带来了新的问题,图书馆人需要结合实际对存在的问题进行解决,从而提高图书馆的整体服务水平。

The introduction of RFID reader service model could enhance library's service capacity and gradually form the service characteristics, obtaining significant effects in practical application. The use of RFID also brought new problems, which need to be solved by librarians combined with the fact, so as to improve the overall service level of library.
