摘要
农村农业信息化服务的出发点和归宿是为了促进以农民为核心的"三农"发展。在农村农业信息化服务过程中,应充分尊重农民的主体地位,切合农民的实际需求不断提高农民的信息素质。
The starting and ending point of rural agricultural information service is to promote the agricultural development with farmers as the core. In the process of rural agricultural information service, it should fully respect the dominant position of farmers and actively meet the actual demand of farmers, improving the information quality of farmers.
