基于自动气象站中心站软件对设备故障原因的分析

摘要 通过几年来对区域自动站中心站软件的使用,总结出通过软件对自动气象站设备故障进行判断的方法。当站点不在线时,故障原因可能为电压不足、移动信号不稳等;当要素值缺测或异常时,故障原因可能为软件设置错误、数据线屏蔽接地不良、传感器损坏等;当数据入库时间提前或延后时,原因可能为软件的校时功能未打开或者某个站的采集器没有收到集体校时命令。这些分析判断为技术人员解决设备故障提供了重要参考,从而提高了维修效率。 In recent years, we have summarized some ways about judging the equipment failure of automatic weather station by software analysis with the use of central station software of regional automatic weather station. When the site was not online, the cause of failure might be insufficient voltage and mobile signal instability. As the element value was missing or unusual, the diagnosed reason might be the set error of software, bad shield ground of data cable and damaged sensor, and so on. While the time of data storage was ahead or postponed, the cause might be that the school function of software was not open or the collector of station did not receive the collective school command. Theses analysis and judgment can offer important reference for technical staff to resolve equipment failure, thus improving the efficiency of maintenance.
