随着网络技术的不断发展,网络中信息量剧增,但同时带来用户在互联网主动获取信息困难等问题。在林业政务领域中,用户从林业政务网站中主动获取相关信息同样变得十分困难。为了解决这个问题,本文针对林业政务网站普遍特点,通过频道结构分级代码、信息频道封装RSS种子等方法,为其构建RSS种子门户网站,通过RSS技术的引入,改变主动式信息获取困难的局面,提高信息服务质量。

With continuous development of network technology, information quantity increased largely in internet, but the problem of hardness in actively information retrieval was brought at the same time. The same problem also appeared in forestry government field. In order to solve this problem, according to the features of forestry government website, RSS portal website was built with the methods of constructing classification code and RSS feeds of channel. Through these methods, the problem was solved and information service quality was improved.
