高校图书馆是校园文化的中心,在校园文化建设过程中,图书馆应该处于引领地位,在校园物质文化、精神文化和行为文化各方面发挥重要作用,高校在校园文化建设中要充分重视图书馆文化建设。

Culture is the soul of a university. University library should be the center for the construction of campus culture, playing important role in the leading position of campus material culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture. Colleges and Universities should give full attention to the construction of library culture in the construction of campus culture.
