农村儿童使用农家书屋的现状调查研究——以陕西南部落后地区为例

Study on the Current Situation of Rural Children's Application of Rural Library—— A Case Study of the Backward Areas in Southern Shanxi

2012年陕西省农家书屋建设基本完成,覆盖了陕西省27 364个行政村,农家书屋日益成为农村信息资源的主要阵地。由于经济发展不平衡,我国农村儿童获取信息的能力和渠道受到多方面的障碍,农家书屋为农村儿童获取信息资源,提高人文素养打造了一个平台。本文以陕西省汉中市宁强县部分乡镇为例,分析了农村儿童信息获取障碍,农村儿童使用农家书屋的现状和存在的问题,为农家书屋更好地改善农村儿童的文化素养提出了对策和建议。

The construction of rural library has been completed in Shanxi Province in 2012, covering 27,364 villages. Rural library has been increasingly becoming the main information resource position in rural areas. Because of the uneven economic development, there were many obstacles for China’s rural children to obtain information. Rural library provided an access for rural children to get information resources and build humanistic quality. In this paper, in case of Ningqiang County of Hanzhong City, the barriers of rural children’s access in information, and the current situation of rural children’s use for rural library were analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve the literacy of rural children by using rural library were put forward.
