摘要
随着汽车智能化的快速发展和MEMS技术的深入研究,MEMS传感器在汽车电子产业中具有广阔的应用前景。本文针对MEMS汽车传感器的研究应用现状、主要MEMS汽车传感器的原理及应用等进行了简要阐述,最后对MEMS汽车传感器的发展趋势进行探讨及展望。
With the rapid development of automobile intelligentization and further research of MEMS technology, MEMS sensors have broad applications in the automotive electronics industry. Aiming at the application of MEMS sensors, several key principles and applications of MEMS sensors were briefly described. The development trend of automotive MEMS sensors was explored and prospected.
